Susana Ng is an Of Counsel in the employment team and a member of Allen & Overy's APAC Regulatory Group. Susana is involved in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including employee handbooks and contracts review, advise on restrictive covenants, pension, employment benefits and employee incentive schemes, discrimination, anti-bribery, immigration and data protection laws. She also handles numerous dismissal and discrimination claims and assists in proceedings before the Labour Tribunal and Courts in Hong Kong. Susana also has extensive experience in employment issues arising out of mergers and acquisitions and has advised numerous multinational corporations which have established their presence in Hong Kong.

In recent years, Susana has been involved in matters arising out of cross-border employment relationship and advised multinational corporations extensively on PRC employment-related issues.

Susana has published numerous articles on employment law appearing in local newspapers and journals. She has most recently contributed a chapter on Remuneration for "Employment Law and Practice in Hong Kong" (Sweet & Maxwell, 2010). Susana has been invited by the World Bank to speak at an international conference on global employment issues.

Susana is qualified in Hong Kong and New York. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
