Stefanie has served as counsel to banks and other financial institutions in secured and unsecured credit facilities of many types, including domestic and cross-border syndicated loans, leveraged acquisition financings, letter of credit facilities, refinancings and exit facilities.
She has also represented joint lead arrangers in financings of Fortune 500 companies. Stefanie graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. Before law school, she received her B.S. in Finance and International Business from New York University: Leonard Stern School of Business.
