Advising Balta, as issuer, and a global private equity firm, as selling shareholder, on Balta's EUR500m initial public offering and listing of its shares on Euronext Brussels.
Advising Realdolmen, the IT provider in Belgium and Luxembourg, on the voluntary and conditional takeover bid by Gfi Informatique, a major player in digital solutions and services (value EUR196m).
Advising Newton Biocapital, on the establishment of its first EUR200m venture capital fund focused on financing biotech and life science projects for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, Newton Biocapital I pricaf privée.
Advising The Belgian Corporate Governance Commission on a comparative study of the Belgian Corporate Governance Code to assess whether there was a need to make revisions to the code in 2012 and 2017.

Advising:
- A group of financial institutions as underwriters on the IPO of Shurgard Self Storage Europe SA and listing of its shares on Euronext Brussels.
- A group of financial institutions as underwriters on the initial public offering of X-Fab and listing of its shares on Euronext Brussels and Euronext Paris.
- Sipef, a Belgian agro-industrial company listed on Euronext Brussels, on the USD100m acquisition of a 36.84% stake in Agro Muko from Evans group and the equity financing thereof through a rights issue.
- Allfin on its merger with Immobel, the listed Belgium-based real estate developer. This transaction created the largest listed real-estate development group in Belgium.
- Bone Therapeutics, a Belgian biotechnology company, on its IPO on Euronext Brussels and Paris.
- Celyad, the Belgian biotechnology company, on its IPO on Euronext Brussels and Paris and on the EU aspects of its subsequent IPO on NASDAQ.
