Sophie is an associate in the Derivatives and Structured Finance Group in London.
Sophie advises on a broad range of issues relating to derivatives and structured finance transactions, with a focus on the regulatory infrastructure of OTC derivative contracts. She has experience in advising financial institutions and corporates on ISDA documentation, as well as clearing documentation, and has recently been involved in providing ESG related advice to clients and trade associations in the OTC derivative and securities lending spheres.
