Sonali is an Associate in our New York securitization and structured finance practice.
Prior to joining Allen & Overy, she worked as a capital markets lawyer in India, representing large-cap companies, major banks, and national and international strategic investors in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities. She has experience in multiple sectors like banking, finance, insurance, investment trusts, real estate, and energy. She obtained her LL.B. from National Law School of India University, Bangalore, India and her LL.M. from Columbia Law School.
