Sofía is a senior associate in the Banking & Finance department and has experience in domestic and international financial transactions covering bilateral, multilateral and syndicated financings, as well as debt restructurings.
She has broad experience advising both sponsors and lenders in connection with project finance with respect to different sectors, structured finance transactions, acquisition financing (LBOs and financing of private equity acquisitions) and refinancing.
Sofía has also been involved in Pro-Bono activities with Intermon Oxfam.
