Sjoerd specialises in corporate and securities law. Focusing on capital market transactions, he handles complex matters for both private and listed companies. This includes IPO’s, secondary equity offerings, international mergers and acquisitions, transaction structuring, corporate restructurings and corporate governance.
His recent experience includes advising:
