​Sinead Walley is a senior associate in the derivatives products group at aosphere LLP where she focuses on the Rulefinder G20 product. 

Sinead qualified as a lawyer with Allen & Overy in 2006 and worked within the derivatives and structured finance group for 10 years where she gained extensive OTC derivative and structured finance transactional experience and advised on European derivatives regulation more generally.  Career highlights at Allen & Overy include Sinead’s involvement in the production of the 2014 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions, advising on matters under consideration by the ISDA EMEA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee and on derivatives regulation including the regulatory technical standards on the direct, substantial and foreseeable effect of OTC derivative contracts within the European Union.  Sinead joined aosphere in 2016.
