Silvia has broad experience in all areas of employment law. Throughout her career she has advised on significant corporate restructurings for Spanish and international companies, and has particular expertise in collective negotiation.
Silvia has acted in a large number of collective dismissals, having advised on the first to be carried out by a public entity in Spain. She is also an expert in labour litigation, specialising in complex, collective and individual judicial processes.
In addition, she has wide ranging experience in strategic employment aspects of M&A deals and in management contract negotiations.
With more than 20 years’ experience, Silvia is considered one of the leading employment lawyers in the country by the most prestigious legal directories such as Chambers & Partners, Best Lawyers and Acritas.
