Sigrid specialises in restructuring and workouts of companies in financial distress and the bankruptcy remote structuring of new deals. Sigrid has represented companies, including private equity investors, and financial institutions in a wide range of domestic and cross border corporate and multi-bank debt restructurings. She also has particular expertise in corporate finance, secured lending, (financial) collateral arrangements and distressed debt trading.

She joined the firm's employment department in 2000, transferring to the banking department in 2002. Sigrid is member and fellow of the International Association of Insolvency Lawyers (INSOL International), the Dutch Association of Insolvency Lawyers (INSOLAD), member of the board of the NVRII (Netherlands Association for Comparative and International Insolvency Law), Member of the board of the Dutch Restructuring Association and Member of the insolvency committee for the Ministry of justice.
