Sian Roberts

Sian is a Professional Support Lawyer in the Corporate department of Allen & Overy. Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Sian worked as a Corporate Associate for two international law firms in London and Dubai before joining the Know-How team in 2016. She has experience advising clients on private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, group reorganisations, equity capital markets and corporate finance and has advised a range of clients including both public and private companies, partnerships and individuals. She has also been seconded to in-house teams at the Royal Bank of Scotland and Emirates Investment Authority, the UAE’s federal sovereign wealth fund.
