Shelly is an attorney in the Technology Transaction practice. She represents clients in a variety of transactional and advisory matters involving commercial contracting, technology agreements, data and product integration, marketing, licensing, intellectual property, data protection, privacy, risk and liability exposure, and compliance.
Earlier in her career, Shelly was Managing Counsel at Royal Bank of Canada where she was responsible for managing RBC's strategy for global third party supplier arrangements, addressing legal issues related to the digitization of customer facing products for personal & commercial banking, wealth management and capital markets, as well as supporting various start-ups through RBC Ventures, Inc.
