Shahin is an associate in the global Projects, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure practice, based in our Los Angeles office.
He represents developers, financial institutions and other market participants in a wide range of energy transactions. His practice encompasses project finance and development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and secured lending transactions. Shahin also assists clients with their general corporate legal needs.
Earlier in his career, Shahin worked for a registered investment advisory firm that specializes in offering investment management and financial planning.
