He has extensive experience in financial entities’ M&A and in advising financial entities, fintech companies and investment vehicles in a wide range of legal and regulatory matters, as well as in the implementation of the latest regulatory requirements on the banking prudential framework, banking resolution, investor and client protection, market infrastructure, both at European and at national level. Over the past few years, Sergio has also advised managers and issuers on a wide range of debt capital markets transactions, including domestic and international notes and commercial paper programmes (including EMTN, ECP and structured products) and issuances of a wide variety of products, such as, among others, regulatory capital notes, ESG bonds and structured products.
