Serena is a senior associate at aosphere LLP where she focuses on the Rulefinder Marketing Restrictions and Rulefinder Marketing Restrictions - Asset Management products.
Serena qualified as a lawyer in 2005 in the regulatory funds and financial products group of Allen & Overy. She gained extensive experience in advising asset managers on the establishment of all types of funds, institutional investors on making investments into funds and both managers and investors with the sale and purchase of secondary fund interests as well as broader regulatory matters. She joined aosphere in 2012 for the development and launch of Rulefinder Marketing Restrictions - Asset Management.
