Serap Alan

Serap specialises in corporate transactions with a particular focus on (public) M&A and equity capital markets transactions. Serap advises on a broad range of topics, with a focus on corporate and securities laws. She has also gained experience with regard to litigation and more specifically corporate litigation.

Serap joined Allen & Overy after obtaining an LLM degree in Corporate Law at Leiden University and an LLM in Tax Law from VU University Amsterdam.
