Sebastian advises banks, financial institutions, investors and corporates in all matters of German and cross-border banking and finance law transactions. His work particularly focuses on syndicated loans, acquisition finance and financial restructurings.

Before joining Allen & Overy, Sebastian gained experience at an US law firm in Frankfurt and during his legal clerkship in the banking department of Allen & Overy in Frankfurt as well as at the German Embassy in Washington, D.C.
