Sara Fegan

Sara is a solicitor with over 15 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law, including in particular in mergers and acquisitions, management buy outs, group reorganisations, fund raisings and complex contract negotiations. Sara has led due diligence teams on a number of significant international corporate transactions and has also managed teams reviewing and negotiating industry specific commercial contracts. Sara has a particular expertise in designing and co-ordinating complex and high volume negotiation and review exercises of the type handled by the ADL team in Belfast.
