Sandy has worked on a broad range of derivatives, structured financings and asset classes and her experience includes total return swaps, contingent credit default swaps (CDS), covered bonds, residential mortgage-back security (RMBS) and credit cards. She advises on a wide range of derivatives regulatory issues, including margin and clearing. She has also advised on restructurings and consent solicitations. She has experience of UK, European and U.S. transactions and the related regulatory backdrops. Sandy has worked in London and New York and has spent time on secondment at Goldman Sachs and Barclays.
