Samantha is an associate in the International Capital Markets U.S. Corporate Finance Group in London.
Samantha’s practice focuses on corporate finance transactions and U.S. securities laws matters, advising corporate issuers and investment banks in connection with debt and equity offerings under Rule 144A, Regulation S and other private placement transactions (including U.S. commercial paper programs), as well as U.S. SEC-registered offerings.
Samantha has represented both issuer clients including TAQA and Imperial Brands PLC, and investment banks including but not limited to Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., Standard Chartered PLC, Natixis and Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets plc.
