Contact Details
Sabrina focuses on individual employment, immigration and business licence law as well as on remuneration policies in the banking and financial sectors. She has particular expertise in relation to the establishment of activities in Luxembourg including employment set-up, immigration status, social security and business licence.
She also has broad experience in the drafting of complex employment agreements (multi-employers, work for group companies, etc) and the (re)structuring of businesses from an employment standpoint. In addition, she assists clients in the framework of employment law disputes.
Prior to joining Allen & Overy in 2012, she has practiced law for three years in Luxembourg and Belgium.
