Saber advises national and international companies in the insurance and financial sector on general corporate matters, domestic and cross-border transactions, including joint ventures and restructurings, as well as on regulatory issues.
Saber joined Allen & Overy in 2016. Before joining as an associate in 2021, he worked as a trainee lawyer and research assistant for Allen & Overy in Düsseldorf and Dubai. He also completed a client secondment in 2016/2017, advising clients on a complex real estate transaction. Saber speaks German, English and Persian.
