Ruslana Hrischeva

She specialises in securitisations and fiduciary structures as well as general banking law and security structuring and enforcement matters, advising international financial institutions, corporates and asset managers.

She is a member of the Luxembourg Banking Lawyers’ Association (ALJB) and the “EU Taxonomy and Labels” working group of the Luxembourg Bankers' Association (ABBL). She is also an active member of our Private Capital Group.

Ruslana holds a Master’s Degree in law from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium with a specialisation in banking and financial law. She joined Allen & Overy in 2016. Previously to joining Allen & Overy, she worked for the European Parliament in Brussels.
