Rudy has more than 25 years of experience in advising international and local clients on corporate real estate transactions, complex investment structuring of real estate projects, public procurement and financing. His field of expertise includes advising on share and asset deals, due diligence, sale and lease back, real estate asset management and complex leasing transactions. Over the past five years, he has been listed as band 1 lawyer in real estate law and is well-known as one of the leading Belgian real estate professionals.

- KIM (and GENII Capital) in the acquisition of a leasehold interest on the Régie des Bâtiments headquarers in Brussels for aboutr 140 M€.
