Roxana advises on general investment fund and regulatory matters, in relation to regulated and unregulated investment vehicles, both within a domestic and cross-border context.
Prior to joining Allen&Overy in 2023, she spent four years working within the investment funds practice of another international law firm in Luxembourg.
She holds an LL.M. degree in European Banking and Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg.
