Romane focuses her practice on regulatory and asset management matters.
She has completed several internships in major French and Anglo-Saxon law firms during which she participated in the setting-up, structuring and marketing of all type of alternative investment funds for the account of management companies (private equity funds, real estate funds, as well as French “Autres FIA”).
Romane also had the opportunity, during these internships, to deal with the regulatory issues related to the activity of investment firms and fund managers.
