In the real estate sector, Roberta assists clients on the permitting process, as well as on the connected town planning, building and environmental aspects relating to development projects of various real estate asset classes (in particular, shopping centers, health and accommodation facilities, student residences and logistic centers, assets with mixed or hybrid uses), acquisitions and financing of new or work in progress projects, as well as divestments also by public and social security bodies. During her previous working experience Roberta has gained a significant experience with reference to environmental, real estate, public games and pharmaceutical matters.
