Rita Nicole Thomas

Rita regularly advises issuers, underwriters and other market participants in connection with a wide range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, high yield and investment grade bond offerings. In addition, she advises on U.S. federal securities laws and corporate governance matters. Rita joined the Frankfurt office of Allen & Overy LLP after working for a publicly traded company listed on Nasdaq where she advised on corporate governance and securities.
