Rita is part of the U.S. Corporate Finance Group and specializes in capital markets transactions.
Rita regularly advises issuers, underwriters and other market participants in connection with a wide range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, high yield and investment grade bond offerings. In addition, she advises on U.S. federal securities laws and corporate governance matters. Rita joined the Frankfurt office of the firm after working for a publicly traded company listed on Nasdaq where she advised on corporate governance and securities.
