Richard is a lawyer who has been working at Allen & Overy since the beginning of 2015. He specialises, primarily, in litigation and arbitration.
Richard is a lawyer who has been working at Allen & Overy since the beginning of 2015. He specialises, primarily, in litigation and arbitration. He has been involved in a number of various dispute resolution matters. He represents clients before the Slovak courts, including the Slovak Constitutional Court, and before arbitral tribunals as well. For the sake of enhancing his proficiency in litigation, Richard is currently pursuing postgraduate studies at Charles University in Prague, focusing on Civil Litigation Procedure. In addition, he has been involved in a number of cross-border and domestic M&A deals and is highly appreciated for his knowledge in competition law. Richard teaches a Negotiation course at Comenius University in Bratislava and has a track record of publishing articles in legal magazines on specific issues of Slovak litigation and Slovak and European company law.
