Rhiannon is a projects, energy and construction lawyer in the Australian Debt and Projects team at Allen & Overy.

She has extensive experience acting for and advising governments, developers and other private corporates across the real estate, energy, construction, infrastructure and transport sectors, with a particular focus on cross-jurisdictional transactions. Rhiannon’s experience includes working on major projects throughout Australia, the Asia Pacific and the Middle East regions.

  • Assisting UNAIDS and UNESCO with its research on Opiate Substitution Therapy and Needle and Syringe Exchange Programs globally.
  • Working with the World Bank in updating the Doing Business Guides for 2017/2018.
