Ranjit founded and leads Project Management at Allen & Overy. Project Management comprises dedicated project managers handling A&O’s largest and most complex matters.
Before setting up the team, Ranjit worked for ten years in the IT industry, with roles based in London and New York.
This included leading A&O’s global IT Operations and managing over 100 staff across 4 locations. She has also acted as Executive Advisor to A&O’s Global Managing Partner.
Ranjit is certified in project management and has a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
