Raj has extensive experience advising corporate trustees and agents on all aspects of debt capital market transactions, including the establishment of MTN programmes, standalone issues, equity-linked products and securitisations as well as facility agents, security agents and intercreditor agents on all types of corporate banking transactions including real estate investment and project finance loans.
His practice also includes advising trustees in relation to defaults, restructurings, amendment and consent processes and exercises of discretions.
He also has experience in Islamic financings, initial public offerings and rights issues.
