Rachel is an Executive Manager in Allen & Overy’s strategic and regulatory consulting practice.
Rachel is an experienced compliance, risk and governance specialist, with more than 20 years’ experience working in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining A&O, Rachel held regional roles with JP Morgan and UBS, including supervising complex regulatory examinations and project managing multi-jurisdictional regulatory change programs.
At JPM, Rachel was the APAC lead for eCommunications Surveillance and Information Barriers Surveillance, working across numerous local, regional and global teams. At UBS, Rachel held a lead role in driving responses to regulatory consultation and the implementation of subsequent structural reforms across industry. In addition, she covered many different aspects of compliance, including advisory and central compliance mandates.
