Purita is a senior associate in the corporate practice of our Bangkok office where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions, general financings, project developments, as well as other international commercial transactions in the ASEAN region.

She has acted for lenders with a particular focus on cross-border deals. Purita also advises on general commercial and corporate law, litigation, and arbitration law and has additionally advised clients on various banking and securities regulatory issues, facility agreements, and security documents for projects transactions.
