Priscilla is an associate within the Employment & Benefits practice group in Amsterdam. Her work includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border employment, works council matters, transfer of undertaking and outsourcing, as well as drafting service and employment documentation and managing both collective and individual termination processes.

Priscilla joined Allen & Overy in 2022 after publishing a comparative research on the improvement of the access to justice as co-author. She has an LLM in Employment law from Erasmus University and an LLM in Civil law from Leiden University (cum laude).
