Prabhjot is real estate Counsel at Allen & Overy LLP and is based in London.
His broad practice encompasses cross-border acquisitions and disposals (corporate and asset sales), including prime offices, airports, shopping centres, retail parks, care homes, data centres, railway arches and pubs; site assemblies and the refurbishment of existing developments; mixed use developments; energy and CPO projects; Part VII ring fencing; rights of light, joint ventures, asset management and property management agreements; and real estate debt financing work, acting for both borrowers and lenders. Mr Dhami received his law degree from King’s College, Cambridge University in 2006. He was admitted to practice law in England and Wales in 2010.
