Pol advises on a wide range of domestic and cross-border private and public M&A transactions across all sectors with a particular focus private equity, asset management and real estate.

He also advises on general corporate matters, including joint ventures, refinancings and corporate restructurings, within both a domestic and cross border context. He first joined Allen & Overy in 2013, left in 2022 to work in a local real estate investment fund and re-joined Allen & Overy in 2023.

He is an active member of our Real Estate group. Pol regularly speaks at conferences/seminars on topics relating to corporate matters.
