Piotr is a member of Allen & Overy’s Corporate and M&A team. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
Piotr handles a broad range of legal matters related to the Technology and Defence & Security sectors. In his practice, he focuses on Tech M&A deals concerning acquisitions of software companies. He also advises on defence procurement cases under both public procurement law, internal MoD regulations and offset-related matters for both Polish and international defence clients.
