Piotr specialises in real estate, commercial, corporate and civil law. He has assisted domestic and international investors providing comprehensive advice on all aspects of real estate including the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties, due diligence and financing projects. He is also experienced in advising insurance companies issuing title and R&W insurance policies in relation to real estate, and in day-to-day matters involving commercial, administrative and civil law matters.

- Piotr heads A&O Warsaw Committee of Corporate Social Responsibility dedicated to environmental impact and fostering an eco-friendly culture within A&O.
- Piotr advised Habitat for Humanity in connection with the launch of ReStores, nonprofit home improvement stores where everybody can contribute to helping others through donating furniture or household appliances, volunteering or buying goods at discounted prices, being sure that proceeds go to Habitat Poland and enable the organization to help more people who are in need of better housing.

Blackbrook Capital on its first acquisition project in Poland involving acquisition of a large single-tenant logistics facility located in Poznań from GLL Real Estate Partners (a Macquarie Group company).
Tesco on the sale of its business in Poland to Salling Group A/S. The transaction included the sale of over 300 stores and associated distribution centres and head office.
FLE on acquisition and leaseback of portfolio of five wholesale METRO Cash & Carry stores from Metro Properties in CEE.
