Pierre joined the Real Estate department of Allen & Overy in 2016.
He works in all areas of real estate law and assists national and international investors in the context of their transactions for the acquisition and sale of assets and securities of predominantly real estate companies, VEFA, sale and lease-back, as well as in terms of commercial leases and BEFA.
He is also frequently involved in construction and real estate development operations, set up in particular within the framework of joint ventures between investors.
