She specialises in financial regulatory law, with a specific focus on technology and data. Pien has experience advising companies on all aspects of financial regulatory law, including assisting clients with obtaining a licence application with Dutch regulators, advising on complex market access matters, and advising on requirement relating to information technology. Furthermore, she has experience in a wide range of international capital markets transactions.

Pien previously worked as an associate in the firm’s Data Privacy team in Amsterdam where she advised clients on all aspects of data protection, technology and cybersecurity.

Pien joined the firm in 2018 after graduating from Leiden University and de Vrije Universiteit van Amsterdam.
