Philippe advises on a wide range of real estate matters and has been involved in some of the most prominent real estate transactions in Luxembourg over the past years. He has gained significant experience in domestic and cross-border real estate transactions, including forward sale agreements and value add development projects.

In addition, Philippe regularly advises institutional clients and project developers on complex lease matters and construction projects, including large scale refurbishment projects.

Philippe has also been admitted as public notary candidate in Luxembourg and holds a Master 2 in Real Estate and Construction Law from Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II).

He joined Allen & Overy in 2017.
