Philippa is in the Corporate M&A and advisory team in London.

 

She joined Allen & Overy upon qualification in 1997 and worked as an Associate for four years before joining the Know-How team in 2001. Philippa advises on a broad range of corporate transactional and technical company law issues. Her particular areas of interest include private equity and other private capital M&A, directors' duties, corporate governance, company distributions and other technical Companies Act and common law issues.

Philippa also lectures regularly to a variety of client and internal audiences, and has responsibility for the ""corporate university"" training programme for Allen & Overy's junior lawyers from around our global network. Philippa supports the Private Equity, Corporate Infrastructure, Growth and Venture Capital and Building Societies and Mutuals teams.
