Philip is an associate within the Corporate and M&A department in Amsterdam. He has a broad range of experience in private and public M&A.
Philip joined Allen & Overy in May 2022 after working as a lawyer at AKD. In addition to Corporate M&A, he gained experience in the Competition, State Aid and Procurement department in Brussels. Over the past years, Philip advised (amongst others) Neways on the competing public offer by Infestos (2021 - previous firm experience) and the auction sale of NDC Mediagroep to Mediahuis (2020 - previous firm experience).
Philip obtained his LLM from Utrecht University.
