Petra specializes in banking and finance, in particular in acquisition and real estate financing as well as asset-based and structured finance products. She also focuses on the area of conflict of laws (especially laws applicable to contractual and non-contractual obligations) and international trade. Her experience includes advising on various cross-border as well as domestic transactions and preparation of standard documentation for various Czech financial institutions. 

Petra is regularly giving lectures and seminars on various aspects of finance transactions and is one of the co-authors of commentary of the Czech Civil Code. She is acknowledged by all major international legal directories as a very professional and knowledgeable lawyer.

Petra's remit encompasses aviation, acquisition, real estate and project finance transactions, often of a cross-border scope. She advises borrowers as well as lenders. One client states: "She has a client-focused approach and she always offers me a solution." CHAMBERS 2020
