Petra joined Allen & Overy in 2013 and has been a member of the Banking and Finance Department in Bratislava since 2016. Petra regularly assists on various local and complex cross-border financing transactions, including leveraged financings, real estate financings, project financings and general corporate financings.

She works on both English law and Slovak law transactions. She has experience acting for all parties including arrangers, lenders and sponsors/borrowers. In 2022/23 she undertook a 6 month secondment to the leveraged finance department of our London office. Petra is fluent in English and Slovak.
