Paweł is an attorney-at-law with broad professional experience covering financial regulatory matters. 
He advises banks, investment firms, funds, payment institutions, crypto service providers and other regulated entities on various aspects of their operations, including in the area of compliance, launching new products and administrative proceedings before regulators. He also assists clients in implementing financial technology projects throughout the entire lifecycle of the product or service, in the areas of cloud computing, lending, digital wallets, profiling, data flow, AI-based solutions and others. Paweł also has broad knowledge and experience in capital market transactions, including public offerings of securities and listings.

An operator of large internet platform on a cooperation agreement with an EU credit institution within the scope of certain banking products offered on the basis of the Banking-as-a-Service model to customers making purchases on the platform.

An international real estate fund and its Polish subsidiaries on investment fund-related aspects of the financing made available to the group.

An international financial institution on the Polish law regulations applicable to the provision of regulated and unregulated services.

A Polish bank on the extension of its MiFID licence and regulatory proceeding before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
