Pauline is an associate in the public and environmental law department in our Paris office.
She advises on general public law, with a focus on public procurement contracts (notably concession agreements and PPPs). She assists private entities (sponsors and lenders) with infrastructure projects (airports, railways, telecoms, ports) both on greenfield and brownfield projects.
She has experience on regulatory aspects (notably energy, telecom), on urban planning and environmental issues.
She has also developed an expertise in specific areas such as climate change-related litigation.
She is involved on pre-litigation and litigation matters before French courts.
