Paulina Evans (née Bogdanova) is an associate in our U.S. Private Equity practice. She advises clients across a broad variety of industries on complex and innovative M&A and private equity transactions.
Paulina has experience acting for public and private companies, sponsors, private equity and alternative investment funds and other investors in domestic and cross border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, divestitures, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations.
Paulina is admitted to practice in Ontario, Canada and is practicing in New York as a Foreign Legal Consultant pending admission to the New York bar.
